platform that enables commercial businesses and software developers the ability to create a Private Email Network
(PEN). Simplified Telephony Solutions PEN technology creates a secure channel for confidential information exchange between
colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. email2 is a zero-impact technology on existing infrastructres and is offered as a service
(SaaS - available on demand) enabling secure delivery of confidential information accessable through desktop, web, or
smart phone devices. And becasue email2 uses established e-mail addresses and works with corporate email platforms, all establised

A Private Email Network (PEN) allows people who are connected to different
networks and different email systems the ability to send electronic messages CONFIDENTIALLY to associates protecting the
integrity of the message and any confidential information contained with in. A PEN is like a gated community for e-mail; it
acts as a central location for all traffic on a network. email2 can be restricted to highly defined user groups, contact
centres, or deployed company wide. User rights and privledges for individuals or groups is centrally managed to a very granular detail
including invite privledges, attachments, printing capabilities and more.
A PEN is a secure pathway that employs HIPPA certified encryption, without
requiring complex programs, certificates or servers (no PKI). Secure messages, utilizing existing e-mail addresses, can be
created, read and managed in Microsoft Outlook, a web browser, as well as mobile devices like Blackberry, Windows
Mobile and iPhone. Finally a communication platform that integrates secure e-mail and permission-based communication enabling
the delivery of large confidential files (pdf, multi-media, etc.) between co-workets, vendors, partners, and clients.
