recovery mechanism for premise voice equipment. SVDR ensures incoming

access to the corporate voice network at all times. With SVDR on
stand-by, the current telephone infrastructure is mirrored enabling automatically
routing calls through the SVDR system minutes after the PBX suffers a
critical loss of power. SVDR connects employee's to their voice network through mobile phones, residential phones, or
"hot" stand-by facilities utilizing TDM and VOIP technologies; a great
complement to an existing continuity plan or the crucial beginning of a
