Simplified Telephony Solutions warrants hardware products sold by it
to be in working condition from the date of shipment through various periods as defined by the manufacturers' warranty.
During these periods the manufacturers' warranty is enhanced by Simplified Telepony Solutions technical service team by
working directly with the manufacture on product defects and replacements on behalf of the customer.
Simplify Telephony Solutions offers each customer the opportunity to purchase extended warranty periods at the time
of their solution purchase. During these warranty periods Simplified Telephony Solutions technical service team will attempt
to correct or modify, without charge to the customer, any hardware or supported hardware feature which fails to funiction in
accordance with the specification of the product. In the event that the feature of the product licensed by the customer fails
to function as per its spectification, upon notification of the failure, the problem will be corrected without charge to the
customer.
Simplified Telephony Solutions provides a one year warranty on applications from the time of customer acceptance. During
the warranty or extended warranty period, Simplified Telephony Solutions will correct or modify, without charge to the customer,
any delivereable which fails to function in accordance with the specification of the product. While under a warranty or extended
warranty period the Customer will also receive free of charge any and all minor software product upgrades or patches issued
by the software manufacture. A minor software product or patch is defined as an upgrade or fix within the same software
version and not a new version or major software release.
SIMPLIFIED TELEPHONY SOLUTIONS, INC. HEREBY PASSES THROUGH TO ITS CUSTOMERS ONLY THOSE WARRANTIES RECEIVED BY IT FROM THE
RESPECTIVE MANUFACTURER TO THE COMPONENT OR PRODUCT. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, SIMPLIFIED TELEPHONY SOLUTIONS MAKES NO
WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY
PARTICULAR USE IS MADE UNLESS THE SAME IS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THE MANUAL ACCOMPANYING THE COMPONENT OR PRODUCT
SOLD. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SIMPLIFIED TELPHONY SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL ECONOMIC OR
PROPERTY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS.
