| SIM-PHONY offers an AWR
program to provide supplemental support for voice hardware products
based on specific pricing programs for various voice solutions within
Canada. This unprecedented 24-Hour AWR Guarantee is the only one of its
kind in the industry. SIM-PHONY Sales Associates can provide details to
customers upon purchase of any voice components. |
| SIM-PHONY warrants voice
hardware products to be in working condition from the date of shipment
through various periods as defined by the manufacturer's warranty.
SIM-PHONY enhances the manufacturers' warranty for those products
purchased through SIM-PHONY with an optional 24-Hour AWR Guarantee,
in cases of product failure. |
| SIM-PHONY'S AWR is accessed through our Support Desk
procedure where an incident ticket is opened and diagnostic "triage" is
performed on the hardware. Our process requires participation from our
customers and will move as fast as our customer can return the results
of the diagnostic tests. In the event hardware failure is confirmed, an
AWR is dispatched immediately. |
| Return procedures must be
followed to return product that is not in working condition. Please
refer to RETURN POLICY for details and instruction. When an RMA number
is issued for the product to be returned, replacement product will be
shipped immediately for those customers in good credit standing. An
invoice will be issued for the replacement product. Upon receipt and
inspection of the returned product to the SIM-PHONY warehouse, customer will be issued a credit if product is
covered under manufacturer's warranty. The invoice will be immediately
due and payable if the returned product does not arrive at the SIM-PHONY
warehouse within seven (7) days from the date the RMA was issued. |
| Transportation of the
returned product to SIM-PHONY in exchange for warranty replacement is at
the expense of the customer. Transportation of warranty replacement
product to the customer location is at the expense of SIM-PHONY. |
| SIM-PHONY AWR POLICY IS
CONTINGENT ON THE MANUFACTURE AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT. WHEN THE
MANUFACTURER RETIRES (END OF LIFE) PRODUCTS, SIM-PHONY AWR COVERAGE
CO-TERMINATES. SIM-PHONY AWR POLICY DOES NOT
INCLUDE COVERAGE FOR CABLES OR ACCESSORIES TO THE PRODUCT. IT APPLIES TO
THE HARDWARE PRODUCT ONLY. |
