Simplified Telephony Solutions Inc. ("SIM-PHONY") has built a comprehensive support capability in converged communications over a 10 year period. Our engineers are experienced in convergence support and are factory trained in numerous software and hardware products. A comprehensive LAB environment consisting of a Class 5 switch, various PBX's, IP switches, popular Microsoft and Linux OS builds and different media hardware (Dialogic, NMS, Audio Codes, etc.) is maintained to enable our day to day support effectiveness. Coupled with CYGCOM's "TechNote" practice and "best practices" support model, SIM-PHONY offers our channel partners a structured capability to obtain "solution" support and professional services in a manor consistent with their business requirements and expense capabilities.

SIM-PHONY's support engineers function as Contarra's first and second tier support practice in North America. All SIM-PHONY engineers have been thoroughly trained and certified by Contarra. Third tier support is conducted directly by Contarra, accessed through SIM-PHONY support on a ticket by ticket basis.
