We believe strong personalized support is the key to a long term successful business relationship Sim-phony support is available to our customers through defined terms of agreement as part of the terms and conditions of their service agreement. Customers can choose to from 3 levels of support depending on their requirements. All tickets are tracked and reported on daily to ensure customer expectations for problem resolution are in line expected resolution capabilities. Should escalation on a particular ticket be required from a customers perspective, Account Managers are the appropriate contact for this purpose.
